Charming Souvenir china plate features Pennsylvania Dutch Country

The plate is off white with with a green (Cross between moss and forest) design decal.
And reads:

Note: there is a label residue on the front and a few glaze pricks on the backside of the plate.
The decal itself is in fantastic shape with no breaks or smudges!
The is crazing over the entire plate, both front and back.
It is so consistent we are not sure if it is a design choice or just from heating the plate in the over way back when!
The plate measures 7.25 in diameter and is almost .75 inches high.
It weighs 8.2 oz.
It is not signed and reads nothing on the back.
