We have tried it on fish, pork, chicken and vegetables so far and Calypso adds a bright note with a little kick to everything.
Bob is experimenting adding it to his coleslaw for fish tacos too. Recipe to come!

I am certain that you will be delighted with anything you order from me. Most of my items are vintage or handcrafted and any variation in finishes is the nature of antiques and hand artistry. If you receive an item you are not satisfied with, you may request a refund of the purchase price within 10 days of receipt of your item . Items must be clean and undamaged for return or exchange. To return an item send the package. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted.

This is the most recent addition to the collection of spices developed by Bob's Best Quality, and it is fabulous! The service was amazing. I ordered at 5pm on a Sunday and it was delivered on Wednesday. I so appreciate this company, the quality of its products and the great service!
